Overview

Upon entering, there is a beautiful reception room for greeting friends and entertaining. The kitchen is superbly fit and equipped with everything you may need for your vacation; from the microwave oven to the fridge freezer, dishwasher, down to the coffee maker and food blender for relaxing "smoothies" to be enjoyed by the over size pool. The spacious master bedroom is decorated in Floridian style. The in-suite bathroom has an enormous oversized bath tub and separate shower. There are four additional bedrooms which share a one and half bathrooms. Three of the rooms are twin bedrooms and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. A baby crib is also available in the house. The swimming pool has lights for an evening dip and the pool is screened in so the fair-skinned never have to fear getting too much sun while enjoying the water. The large pool area is great for conservation and is very private. However, the most relaxing room of this beautiful villa has got to be the elegant sitting room with its designer furniture. Enjoy over 90 TV channels watch your favorite videos or DVD. Bring some CD's because there is a sound system. The stylish electric colonial fan adds that touch of luxurious living in the tropics. There is a wide range of local restaurants, many of which will deliver to your door should you wish. Wal-Mart and Winn-Dixie shopping centers, bank, post office on U.S. Hwy 27 are only minutes away. But most important of all "Bootiful" is close to all the theme parks and other wonderful attractions in this sunny and fun-filled land.
