Completed in 2007 and professionally furnished, our Orlando vacation villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is comfortable and luxurious. Light and airy, the villa is open plan with air-conditioning throughout. All bedrooms have TVs and the 32’ flat screen TV in the main lounge has a DVD player and Play Station 2. Extendable dining room table is fully laid with placemats, napkins and glasses. Modern equipped kitchen with large breakfast nook overlooking the sparkling pool. Separate lounge to curl up on the luxurious sofas for a quiet read. Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and board. Game boards, books and pool toys provided. Gorgeous south facing pool and spa with loungers, table and chairs. Security system installed and alarmed doors to the pool for child safety. Wildflower Ridge is conveniently located off Interstate 4, and within 10/15 mins of everyone's favourite theme park, Walt Disney, golf, shopping and restaurants.

Suitable for two families to share with two master suites and two twin rooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably with air-conditioning throughout. All safety aspects have been considered with an alarm on the patio doors out to the pool and all fire and safety regulations complied with. A larger than average patio area provides shade and is furnished with tables, cushioned chairs and loungers.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with super-king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and door to the pool deck Bedroom 2 with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 & 4 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with corner bath, separate shower and separate wc, double vanity unit.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with very spacious shower cubicle.
Main bathroom with bath/shower over and direct access to pool deck.
Hairdryers in every bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences such as fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, large microwave, coffee maker. Breakfast bar and plenty of storage including double pantry.

Utility Room: Pack light and use the villa's laundry room with full size washing machine and separate dryer, iron and board, laundry basket and airer. Plenty of clean linen and towels are provided free of charge. There are also beach towels for use outside.

Living Rooms: The family room is spacious with direct access out onto the pool deck. The room is furnished to a high standard and has 2 large luxurious leather sofas. Through double doors you will find the second lounge ideal for lounging on the sumptuous sofas or use as another bedroom for a child using the 'Ready Bed'.

Dining: There are two separate dining areas both exquisitely laid out ready for use as well as stools at the breakfast bar.

Gorgeous south facing pool and bubbling spa is not overlooked. Wine, dine and relax out on the large lanai or lounge by the pool. Our pool area is screened to let the sun in but keep the bugs out, and has the benefit of a safety net to ensure that younger children can not fall in accidentally when you take your eyes off them.

Property is routinely cleaned before and after every booking. Our professional management company are on hand to help in any way needed.
