Overview

Hello and welcome to our home website. We are sure you will enjoy a stay in our home. Our house is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Just 11 minutes from Disney we are ideally situated as a base for your Orlando holiday. Our house itself is a 4 bedroom 2 bath with a heated pool. We purchased all the furnishings for the home and so the home is full of personal touches. Large comfy sofas to relax on, full sized dinning table to entertain on and breakfast bar and table to snack on. The facilities we provide should satisfy even the most demanding family with DVD player 2 TVs video and stereo system. In the kitchen we have all extras you would like with popcorn maker, toaster, microwave, icemakers and liquidizer (for your Florida smoothies). There is a kid bedroom with pencil beds and Disney pictures. The family bathroom is decorated for the kids with a funny fish theme. The master bedroom has a huge bed which you can get lost in (And hide from your kids) There is a good size walk-in closet that will swallow all your suitcases with enough hanging space for a small army. The en-suite in the master has a shower large enough to wash a small elephant (Should you bring one with you). The bath in the master is a garden tub big enough to swim lengths in (Well maybe not that big but you get the picture) the other two rooms have twin beds. The pool is south facing so it maximizes your tanning time. The pool is not overlooked so you can put on your comfiest swimming costume and live in it without worrying about what you look like after having a hard day in the parks. The gas pool heat means you can enjoy the pool even in the depths of the Florida winter. The division has a large communal pool if you want to show off your swimming techniques to the neighbors. The floodlit tennis court will help you burn off some of the calories from all the popcorn and hotdogs you've eaten in the parks. Getting about is easy. Wee only one minute from the I4 central Florida main artery. For golfers Champions Gate is only one junction up the I4, which not only offers 2 championship courses but also has a huge Publix supermarket for all you essential provisions. Disney is two junctions up on the I4 and we offer probably one of the best and easiest trips into the parks for any location. Universal, Islands of Adventure and Sea World can all be reached on the I4 so even the worst map-readers should find getting around a breeze.
