Overview

Welcome to the Phoenix. This spacious three bedroom, two bathroom home offers a relaxing atmosphere where friends and family can sit by a screened in pool. Our home has over 1600 square feet of newly tiled and carpeted surroundings with plenty of open space where you can entertain family and guest. Bedrooms are equipped with TV with cable access, DVD and VCR, each room has diversity. There is a family room and living room area so that the kids can have space and adults can too. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher but carry out dining is always an option and only a few miles away. There is a barbeque for the adventurous chef. The formal dining room has ample space to entertain with yet a kitchen area with additional table and chair seating. Just minutes from the front door is a golf course located within the subdivision, private lake access with dock to park boats, tennis courts, playground area, and a large heated swimming pool and picnic area. Additional options are a heated pool, safe box for valuables just to mention a few. Our home can sleep up to eight guests comfortable. Our rating is a silver/gold and we are sure you will agree it is one of the nicest homes you will ever stay at.
