Thank you for your interest in our beautiful Florida Luxury Villa. Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is set in the exclusive community of Marbella Resort. This premier development is situated just 15 minutes from Disney World and offers a quiet relaxing base to visit some of Florida's many tourist attractions.
The Villa offers the highest quality furnishings throughout. The spacious master suite with queen size bed and a walk in wardrobe, has a large ensuite bathroom with Patio doors leading to Pool and deck area. Upstairs there are a further two double bedrooms with queen size beds and wardrobes plus two twin bedrooms with cable TV and wardrobes. There are also two bathrooms, one with bath/shower with the other having shower only.
On the ground floor there is the spacious lounge that overlooks the swimming pool(with cable TV) and a dinning/family room, also a fully fitted American Dream Kitchen.There is a utility romm which consists of a large Washer & Dryer,as well as the Double Garage. We have a screened swimming pool (with optional heating), and the large sunbathing Deck.Our Villa is fully licensed and meets all fire and safety regulations.
Amenities include: Phone (Free local Calls), Air conditioning, Pool, Full Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cookware and utensils, Cable TV, DVD,CD stereo,plus some board games.
Local activities available on site include; Soon to be built Children's play area, Club house which will include internet cafe,Games room & Gym areas.

Our beautiful Villa is ideally located just 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport & 15 minutes drive from the gates of Walt Disney World, plus within easy reach of other Theme Parks & Attractions.



We have furnished our Villa to a very high standard and have included everything you will need to make your vacation a memorable experience.



Situated in central Florida you are within easy driving distance of both the Atlantic coast and the Gulf of Mexico.



Shopping is easy as there are several large malls in the area and a supermarket is within a short driving distance.

You are spoilt for choice when deciding where to eat. There are all types of resturaunts from fast food to full service within a short drive.

Anyone who plays Golf is very well catered for there are over 50 top courses in the greater Orlando area.
Highlands Reserve Golf course is open to the public.
You could also check out Champions Gate they have two championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman.

We have furnished our Villa to a very high standard and have included everything you will need to make your vacation a memorable experience. Kitchen:You will find everything you need for your stay in this fully fitted kitchen, including all crockery, utensils and cutlery. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer. Lounge: Relax after a day at the parks in the family area with cable TV plus direct access to the pool area. Dining: The formal dining area seats 6. Second Lounge: There is an additional lounge area at the front of the villa, which allows for relaxation. Bedroom 1: The first master is situated on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool deck, ideal for that early morning swim. The room comprises of a Queen size bed,walk in wardrobe,cable TV and private luxury bathroom. Bedroom 2: The second master is situated on the first floor and comprises of a Queen size bed,wardrobe and private bathroom. Bedroom 3 : Includes full size bed & wardrobe. Bedrooms 4 and 5: Both rooms have 2 single beds,wardrobes & cable TV. Family Bathroom: Full size bathroom. Half Bathroom: Located downstairs. Pool Area: Private pool and spa are both available to heat if required. Pool area is complete with patio dining furniture and loungers for relaxing. There is also a child safety net surrounding the pool. Garage and Parking: The home has an interior garage and private driveway with off-street parking.
