Overview

Inside the villa there is a formal Dining room, fully furnished Kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Living/Family room with a 52” large screen TV, DVD, CD player and VCR. There are two leather sofas with recliners and a separate leather rocker chair.



The south-west facing pool area is nice and very spacious and has the sun on it 365 days of the year. There is a 30ft pool and a separate six person Spa/Hot tub. The decking is 40 ft x 35ft, so no matter how many guests are at the house there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is a covered lanai/porch and there are sun loungers, a poolside BBQ and floodlights so you can enjoy the evenings outside.



There are two Cribs/Cots for you to use should you need them.
