Overview

This home is probably one of the finest properties you will find in Florida, on many points. It is to be found on the exclusive enclave of Aviana which is one of the newest, platinum communities in central Florida.

It is fully air-conditioned with a substantial living area, a large kitchen and dining room with separate lounge and formal dining area. The property can comfortably accommodate 14 adults (including a sofa bed in the living room) or a combination of adults and children of all ages. For everyone's comfort, all our homes are Non Smoking

The home benefits from FREE local and reduced rate long distance telephone calls and FREE wireless internet connection.

The property also boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite and split as 4 doubles and 2 twins. All bedrooms have TV/DVD, huge closets and plenty of storage space.

Outside is a fabulous, over sized, heated, private pool with 8' bubbling spa which overlooks a conservation area. The over sized deck accommodates substantial outdoor seating, tables and sun loungers. There is also a covered linai (porch) which provides welcome relief from the Florida sun whilst still being outside. There is adequate private car parking.

If the attractions of Disney and other parks was not enough the home also has a fabulous, fully air-conditioned games room which includes a full size pool table, air hockey table, table football, stereo system and PS2 games console with games. It's a room to look after all children, however old they are. There is also a good selection of other games if you have time for them

Numerous restaurants, shops and night life are 10 minutes from the home and the world famous 'I Drive' is 15 minutes away.
