Brand new in March 05, our luxury villa is in an elevated position with distant views of the Disney World area, the community is in a prime location surrounded by orange groves, quiet yet only minutes from all the action. Set on one level with air conditioning throughout, our villa has been furnished throughout to the highest standard and the kitchen is equipped with all you could need including an oven/ hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. The utility room just off the kitchen has a large washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there are gardens front and rear, the pool deck has a covered lanai with ceiling fan and table and chairs for al-fresco dining.The private pool has underwater lighting, which is screened for your benefit and can be heated if you choose out of summer months, at an additional charge.
