Overview

The lenai (covered patio area) is large and ideal for entertaining. Pool heating is available on request. The surrounding environment is peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended by previous renters, many of whom are repeat bookings. Furnishings are of a very high standard as the property is designer decorated. There is also a 64 inch television and DVD player and stereo unit in the living area for your entertainment. There is a television, DVD player and a clock radio in the master bedroom. All other bedrooms have a television and a clock radio. We would be delighted to have you as our guests, should you choose our home, and hope you will have a great and memorable vacation in Florida!

Highlands Reserve is one of the most desirable developments in this region and is situated approximately ten miles west of Walt Disney World Resorts. The main international airport in Orlando is about a 45 minute drive and there is easy access to I-4 connecting to the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, with a medical centre, food takeaway outlets (Chinese and Italian) and a large Publix supermarket. There is also a Walmart Superstore within a mile's drive of the villa.
