Disney vacation villa close to fabulous golf courses and all Orlando attractions.

EN-SUITE MASTER BEDROOM with king size bed, remote cable TV,
clock/radio alarm, dresser and large walk in closet.
En-suite bathroom has double his/hers sink, large corner bath and walk in
shower.

DOUBLE BEDROOM with queen size bed, large closet and dresser.

TWIN ROOM with Disney Theme, Mickey Mouse TV, two twin beds, large closet and dresser.

SECOND BATHROOM has single sink unit, bath and shower.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM beautifully furnished including queen sleeper sofa,
large cable TV, DVD player, stereo CD/tape/radio, formal dining area with
table and chairs. Patio doors leading to pool area.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM includes cable TV, large oven and ceramic
hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal and all
necessary cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils to accommodate up to
eight guests.

LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

GAMES ROOM with Table Tennis, Table Soccer and Air Hockey. Decorated
with a sports theme.

PATIO/POOL AREA screened 26' x 13' optionally heated swimming pool is
ideal for a relaxing swim in the Florida sun. Plenty of room for resting on the
sun loungers or eating alfresco at the patio table and chairs. The covered
lanai provides some welcome shade.
