This beautiful sunshine villa is only 8 miles from Disney and close to all other major attractions, golf and fishing.There are two master bedrooms, one with a KING size bed, and the other with a QUEEN. Both are ensuites and have their own bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, with both two twin beds, and a shared full bathroom. There is also a pull out queen size sofa bed in the family room.Privacy fenced, South-Westerly facing, 30ft X 15ft pool and spa area, which enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk and backs up to orange trees; much more private than backing up to other properties.Games Room with 7ft pool table, table tennis, electronic darts, air hockey table, and foosball table.If you would like an exact price quote, please respond to the email address below and let us know which optional pool/spa heating option you would like.
