Overview

The villa features a stunning heated pool and spa with ample deck area including furniture. The pool has a safety handrail and is protected by a child safety fence. It can be accessed from the dining room, family room, master bedroom and the pool bathroom and can be viewed from all main living areas, ideal for keeping an eye on the kids.A fully fitted games room including an 8ft slate bed pool table, electronic dart board, Foosball table and electronic basketball nets.We also supply tennis rackets and a basketball, for use on the courts nearby.

Or, take a leisurely boat or walking tour, or a picnic in one of many beautiful botanical gardens or area parks.



There are 20 golf courses within twenty minutes drive of Orange Tree including five championship courses in the Disney Resort area alone. Highlands Reserve Golf Club is less then 10 minutes away and boasts over 120 feet of elevation changes, making it one of the few hilly courses around. Most of the courses are open to the public, requiring no membership, only the payment of green fees.

The second master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has twin beds suitable for children. There is also a double sofa bed available in the living room. There are TV's in all bedrooms and hair dryers fitted in all bathrooms. There is a swimming pool and spa in a large lanai area with pool-side furniture. There is also a barbecue and pool-safe crockery is provided. A fully-fitted games room is provided including an 8ft slate bed pool table, electronic dart board, Foosball table and electronic basketball nets.

There is also a Playstation 2 games console and games. DVD movies are provided for all the family and games for younger children. A highchair is also provided and additional highchairs and cribs can be made available at no extra cost. No pets allowed.
