Overview

The Greater Groves neighborhood is located off Highway 27 North, about 2 miles north of Highway 192 West. It is easy to find and access with no difficult turns. The community has sidewalks, street lights, children�s playground, tennis and basketball courts, and a sand volleyball court and community pool. Only 9 miles travel to the Walt Disney World Resort. This home comes with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the first bedroom has an extremely large Queen sized bed and a very spacious walk in closet, there is also an en-suite with separate shower. The second bedroom comes with a double bed, along with your walk in closet. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have twin beds and your walk in closets. The kitchen area is very spacious, coming with a large 2 door fridge/freezer with ice maker, all your kitchen utensils and a washer and dryer. This home also comes with a large screened in and furnished swimming pool area.
