Overview

Our large spacious comfortable home is situated in the Greater Groves community, close to all amenities and theme parks. The villa has a large floor area 2024 sq ft. and will sleep up to 10 people. It has a privately fenced large rear garden, patio and screened swimming pool. As our guest in the Greater Groves community you will also have full access to the private communal swimming pool, tennis courts, barbeque and play areas. You will only need to drive 9 miles to reach the Disney World resort. Discovery Cove, Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are also within a 20 minute drive. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast and the Gulf Coast for warm seas and powder white sands will take you just over an hour to drive. You will never want to stay in a Hotel again after you have stayed in our lovely home. To come home after a great day at a theme park and just have the room to be able to relax or chill out in the pool? Heaven! So go on treat yourself, you will be most welcome in our home.
