Overview

This villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom privately owned home located in central Florida. Fully furnished, it can accommodate up to 8 people in comfortable air-conditioned surroundings. Complete with its own swimming pool, it has a gold rating because of its many facilities, interior decor and location. Upon entering the house from a covered porch, the central family room connects all areas of the house leading, through patio doors, to the pool. The kitchen is superbly fitted and equipped with everything you may need for your vacation including conventional and microwave ovens, a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and features a breakfast nook which overlooks the front of the house and catches the morning sunrise. The spacious master bedroom overlooks the pool area, has a comfortable double bed, cable T.V, an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and has a walk in wardrobe. On the opposite side of the house are the other two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and an adjoining washroom with access to the pool, the other is a twin bedroom, both have built in wardrobes. A baby crib and sofa bed is also available in the house. The screened swimming pool that can be heated during the cooler days catches the afternoon sun and has lights for a refreshing evening dip, with a barbeque close by. After a busy day at the parks, you can come home and relax in the family room, carpeted and comfortably furnished you have a choice of many channels on cable TV, watch your favorite video, or there is also a music system to listen to your CD�s. At the rear of the family room there is a dining table close by the kitchen. The house is located in a quiet residential development off highway 27, giving easy access to the main routes through central Florida, the east and west coasts and only minutes from the Disney turn off on the 192. At the entrance to the estate there is local shopping including a bank, post office and supermarket. In all, this house offers you comfort and a great place to relax on your holiday.
