Overview

Our new fully air conditioned luxury villa offers all the comforts of home and much more. Four bed (three bath)including 2 master suites and 2 twins. Huge pool and deck with covered, furnished lanai(patio) to enjoy those beautiful Floridian sunsets. Our pool and deck are completely private and overlook a protected conservation area. Games room with pool table & air hockey, a great place to relax after a day at the Parks. Hummingbird Haven is situated on Lake Wilson Preserve described as "undoubtedly the best new development in the Disney area". Our neighbours include Championsgate (only 2 minutes drive) a large golfing and retail complex with 5 championship courses a Publix supermarket, Walgreens, chinese, McDonalds and Subway. Lake Wilson Preserve is an exclusive estate/sub division of only 96 luxury homes.

Bedroom: Two spacious master ensuite bedrooms with US Queen sized bed overlooking the pool/deck with views across a protected conservation area. Each bedroom has a TV with multiple cable channels, DVD, hairdryer and ceiling fan. Walk in wardrobes, one with a free to use safe for storage of your valuables.




Other Bedrooms:

Two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV with multiple cable channels, DVD and ceiling fan. One twin has a subtle Disney theme as well as a dual control PlayStation 2 with games to enjoy.




Exterior:

Pool: Private 14 x 28ft heated, pool with covered, furnished lanai (patio)overlooking protected conservation land. Comfortable patio table and chairs for al-fresco dining and to enjoy the beautiful Floridian sunset/sunrises, from here you can also watch hot air balloons sail over the trees at breakfast. There are sun loungers around the pool and toys to play with in the water. We even provide pool towels for you. Our pool has a child safety fence for your peace of mind, but this can be removed if not needed.
