This fine property features use of a 19' Bayliner Bowrider Boat for 2 days/week, use of a fully equipped Ford Crown Victoria for the entire length of your stay. Property is equipped with quality linens and towels, Color TV w/cable, king size bed in the master, queen size bed in the guest bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. Also comes with gorgeous self-cleaning pool, gas grill, video and audio library, games, new washer/dryer onsite, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and disposal.

Activities and Nearby Attractions or Points of Interest:
Climb into your boat and venture 20 minutes to the beautiful pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll love the short trip past all the magnificent waterfront homes. Watch dolphin and manatee play in the water and run in the spray of your boat. Osprey, great blue herons, otters, racoons, bobcats, panthers are all native to this area. Some of the best sport fishing in the world awaits you as you venture thru the mangroves and try for that trophy snook or redfish. A short drive will take you to the pristine islands of Sanibel and Captiva famous for their spectacular shells, white sand beaches, and crystal clear turquoise waters. If it's nightlife you want voyage to Ft. Myers Beach and dance the night away or enjoy any of nearly 3 dozen quality restaurants within 15 minutes of the house. (We have many menus at the house!) You'll find every kind of food you can imagine and at reasonable prices. Wineries, airboat rides thru the alligator infested waters of the Everglades National Park, Shell Factory, how about climbing aboard an actual swamp buggy for a 90 minute tour thru 90,000 acres of the Babcock Wilderness Ranch? SW Florida has many magnificent parks and nature preserves. You can rent a kayak at two different places within 15 minutes of the house and go exploring on your own! If golf is your bag, you'll find dozens of world class courses within 30 minutes. Shopping? Edison Mall and Bell Tower Mall houses all your favorite stores.

Fly into SW Florida International Airport (RSW) A short cab ride will drop you at the property where you'll have use of a car for your entire stay. $90 cleaning fee, $300 security deposit required.
