Overview

Recently refurbished to a high standard, this wonderful property has so many things going for it you might just have to go there to experience them all for yourself. Situated right on the calm waters of Anna Maria Sound, the private dock offers you the chance to go and dip your toes, enjoy a spot of fishing, keep a lookout for all the wildlife which passes this magical spot, including dolphin, manatee and a host of birds, or even moor a boat up to go exploring. In a shady spot next to the house is a large heated pool and sundeck, with barbecue, outside shower and plenty of sun loungers in which to revel in the relaxation of it all. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms inside, and a modern lounge and kitchen with sliding doors leading out to a covered balcony you can enjoy the spectacular views from just about every room in the house. With its two master suites and two further bedrooms this property would be perfect for two families to share but is intimate enough to suit a couple wanting to experience millionaire's luxury at an affordable price.

Location & area

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.
