Another of our properties which would lend itself perfectly as the base for a large family get-together, vacation with friends or reunion. But just because it offers practical accommodation and plenty of room for up to 10 people does not mean you have to make do with a drop in quality. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, an elevator to all floors and three balconies with paddle fans for keeping you cool, high-speed internet access and all modern conveniences, the interior of this home is finished to a high standard with some of those wonderful personal touches added by the owners. But when you step outside it will become clear why this is such a popular property with families and large groups. Leading down from the deck at the rear of the house is a tree-lined path to your very own private dock nestled in the waters of Anna Maria Sound. With the lights of Tampa and the Skyway bridge twinkling in the distance at night and the chance to spot dolphins and manatee cruising in the waters by day no wonder so many of our guests spend a large part of their stay out here. And with the beach just a short stroll away as well, you have the best of both worlds here.

Location & area

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.
