Overview
A paradise for beach lovers, but there is more to this delightful condo. Up to eight people can sleep in comfort and enjoy the fabulous views from the balcony over the Gulf of Mexico. You won't need to look far, though, as the famous sugar soft sand of Anna Maria Island comes right up to the ground beneath. Situated at the southern end of the island, near to the natural wonders of Coquina Park and close to the rejuvenated Bridge Street area of Bradenton Beach, this condo is perfectly placed to enjoy some of the area's real highlights. Inside the condo benefits from a TV in every room including a high-def LCD one in the open-plan living area, which also benefits from a stereo and high-speed wireless internet with iMac computer and printer available for renters to use. On those nights when you are not taking advantage of the great restaurants nearby, there is a well-stocked galley kitchen and laundry room.

Location & area
All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.
Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
