Overview

Decorated in a light neutral shade throughout, the villa is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans for added comfort. Light cream carpet throughout and light floor tiles in the kitchen/nook area as well as master ensuite bathroom and family bathroom.

THE GREAT ROOM. The sitting area has a sofa and loveseat both upholstered in a "taupe" material a "dark cherry" wood/glass coffee table and 2 matching side tables,2 large lamps, t.v with upgraded cable, dvd player, both situated in the entertainment centre, (also dark cherry) and a spectacular view of the pool, and lake through the wall to wall glass door/windows. THE DINING AREA of the Great Room has a table and 6 chairs, for formal dining, (this also being in dark cherry).

THE MASTER BEDROOM /ENSUITE BATHROOM /PRIVATE SITTING ROOM. The master bedroom has pine furniture and consists of a queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, dresser/mirror, T.V./DVD, cream swival chair and a large walk-in closet. The Ensuite Bathroom, has a large double vanity unit and a large wall mirror with "hollywood" style lighting,also an oval tub, seperate toilet and a large walk-in shower. The Private Sitting Room has a "suede" sofa,coffee table, 2 side tables and large "crystal glass" lamp, stereo hi-fi, small games table(chess, backgammon etc)a cream swival chair and a wonderful view of the lake,pool and lanai.

THE KITCHEN /NOOK AREA.The upgraded white kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, garbage disposal and all the smaller appliances to make this a supberb kitchen,The Nook area has a pine/white table (which can be extended) and 4 chairs...and a view of the pool and lake.

The UTILITY ROOM, has a large washer, large dryer, vacumn cleaner, iron/ironing board and a large sink.

THE SECOND BEDROOM.also has pine furniture and consists of a queen bed,2 nightstands,2 lamps,an armoire where you will find the 2nd cable t.v. also a pine chair with cushioned seats,a closet also view of the lanai,pool and lake.

THE THIRD BEDROOM,has pine twin beds, a nightstand, lamp, small table and closet.

THE FAMILY BATHROOM,is between the 2nd/3rd bedroom and comprises of a tub with shower, toilet and single vanity unit, wall mirrors and hollywood lighting also a cupboard (for towels etc)

POOL AND LANAI>The pool is 35ft long with 2 decorative fountains,on the lanai are 2 tables and 6 chairs and sunloungers, plus a ceiling fan,the pool/lanai can be lit in the evening, surrounding the pool is a mesh cage, to keep those unwanted "bugs" out.

The pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. The lawn / garden is also maintained weekly - both to high standards.
