Overview

An oak staircase leads up to the living area. The elevator also has access from the garage. Large sliders lead out to the garden and pool area. The open-air electrically heated swimming pool overlooks Anna Maria Sound. Villa Rosa has its own private boat dock. Boat rentals are available on Bradenton Beach or at other island marinas; having your own dock allows you to have the pleasure of a boat right outside your door for a few days or for the entire duration of your stay. The boat dock extends 100 feet into the bay and is also great for fishing and dolphin watching.
