Overview

Tucked away in the quiet northern end of Anna Maria Island, this beautiful house offers the perfect family home for your vacation. Four large bedrooms, each with its own balcony, give more than enough room for privacy while the private pool area outside with grill and separate den offers a great area in which to relax all together. This property was recently built and finished to a high specification by a local developer who has left a personal touch to make it really feel like a home from home. The large living area features large flat-screen TV, sound system and large, comfortable sofas. Leading off it is a well-stocked and spacious kitchen, with all the appliances and storage space you could require. This is a wonderful home, situated in a wonderful spot in Anna Maria City, near to the island's two famous piers and some of the best beaches and restaurants.

Location & area

All along the island you will find bike paths, marinas, water sports, sailboats, tennis courts and broad sweeping expanses of peaceful uncrowded beaches overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Quaint turn-of-the-century fishing piers are a great place to drop a fishing line, walk off a sumptuous meal or pass the time of day with the locals. Our protected beaches are home to loggerhead turtles, pelicans and herons and it is common to see dolphins playing in the waters of the Gulf.

Dining on the island is a culinary adventure with everything from casual beach cafes for breakfast or lunch, to fine restaurants with an international reputation. There are plenty of small shops and boutiques to browse around for gifts, craft items, silver and distinctive casual clothes. Just over on the mainland is the vibrant city of Bradenton and with Tampa and Orlando just a drive away, you can easily spend a day at Disney or Busch Gardens.
