Our 2 BR / 2 Bath is in the heart of Colorado's ski country. The condo is only minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. All are accessible by free shuttle. Vail is only 30 minutes away. There is a trailhead within 100 yards of our front door. Additionally, it is less than a mile to the huge outlet mall and many great restaurants.

The condo's main bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower unit. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size on bottom. There is a new comfortable futon in the living room and two recliners along with a TV and VCR. The fireplace can keep you warm on those chilly winter nights. The full kitchen includes a full size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster as well as plates, glasses and silverware and plenty of pots and pans. The condo is located on the second floor. We have recently done some minor renovations and the condo is very clean and perfect for those people who want a great vacation home base without paying a bundle.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
