Overview

Our home is located in Summit County, within twenty minutes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain ski areas (and about 40 minutes from Vail). It is a townhouse layout on three levels (and an end unit as well), with no one above you or below you. Our home faces undeveloped town-owned land, with gorgeous views of surrounding Rocky Mountains and the Blue River.Five sleeping areas can accommodate up to 12 people. These include a master suite + 2 guest bedrooms on the upper level. The master and guest bathrooms both have dual sinks and Jacuzzi tubs/showers. Also, a queen size sleep sofa is provided in the living room area and another queen sleep sofa plus a twin/full bunk bed are provided in a private "bonus" room on the lower level.A private 7-to-8-person outdoor hot tub faces the Blue River and mountains with gorgeous, unobstructed views! A large deck, with table and comfy chairs + gas barbecue also faces the river and mountains.Pets are not allowed and no smoking, please.AMENITIES: private 6-8 person hot tub, 4 cable TVs, 2 DVD players, home entertainment center, gas fireplace, 2-Car private garage, BBQ on private deck, full washer-dryer, unlimited local phone, Jacuzzi tubs in two baths, gas stovetop, ice maker, coffee maker, grinder & espresso
