Sleepy Hollow is located in the historic mining town of Garfield, Colorado, also known as Monarch. This sleepy little town is nestled in the mountains at about 9,500 ft. elevation in the middle of San Isabel National Forest. Mountain peaks surround the town with majestic views.
Sleepy Hollow is luxury in Colorado's mountain wilderness. A secluded vacation home with majestic views and sounds of the South Fork of the Arkansas River cascading down the mountain; a get-away for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, whitewater rafters, writers, naturalists, or those seeking tranquility.
This mountain style vacation home was built in 2002 and has 2368 square feet. A view of a small waterfall can be seen off the rear balconies.
