Overview

This staffed Exclusive Highlands Home has a living area of 3,882sq ft situated in a private estate on a quiet no-through road and backs straight onto the Breckenridge Golf Course. You are less than 10 minutes from town, and less to the new Gondola at the base of Peak 7. Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone, Arapahoe basin are all within 40 minutes drive.

The property can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and four additional children.
Six bedrooms (five double rooms with en suite bathrooms) and one bunk bedded room for children. Large living/dining area, family room with 5' cinema style TV, fully equipped kitchen, mezzanine with study area, private hot tub and heated three car garage.
