Residence Bellevue enjoys a truly majestic setting, nestled cozily into the mountains of the west slope of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, facing Moro Rock, and just minutes from the entrance to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks where abide the world's largest living things.
This beautiful bi-level house features all the amenities you will need for your ultimate and comfortable vacation. It is a very special place for your ultimate relaxation.
The guest studio is located upstairs, featuring 2 bed rooms with one queen bed in each room and a living room with a futon, which could be converted to a 3. bed room for 2 pers. to sleep. One full bath with comb.shower, 2 sinks and 1 toilett. Max. occupancy: 6 pers. To keep it private and quiet, we do not rent the place to an other party at the same time, no matter of it is a couple or a party of 6 pers. It will be just you!
Downstairs is a cozy common living area with wood burning fireplace, TV, VCR, book- and video library, breakfast table and several seating areas.
A large attached wooden deck for outdoor living, with seating areas and BBQ's. Also available an outdoor Jacuzzi, a Finnish Sauna and hammock, breath-taking mountain and river views around.
