Overview

There are only two Marriott Grand Residence Club facilities in the world... London has the other one. We owners buy "quarters", so we have a week in every four. We have two, so 2 weeks each month in winter, one week each month the rest of the year. There are 2 fireplaces and 2 TV's w/DVD player and premium channels. A year-around heated pool and 2 very large jacuzzis - fun to watch kids and adults swimming comfortably with 4 feet of snow piled up around the pool. Large workout rooms with plenty of equipment. Steam and Sauna rooms are free too. Massages available in the spa at extra cost. Movie rentals available in the lobby. As "guests" og the owner, you may use the owner's lounge, which has a pool table, large-screen HDTV for sports, etc., owners balcony overlooking the pool, large 10-seat poker/game table, library, computer set up w/internet access. If you rent directly from Marriott, you may not access this area and you pay additional 12% room tax + $14 per day parking...oour owner rates are about 30-40% lower and include all those fees. Free valet parking & bell service.

Location & area

In Heavenly Village next to the Gondola. No cars. No parking. Get your skis , walk out the lobby door & you are ready to get the gondola & ski.... that simple. And when you are tired or want lunch, the gondola ticket is a part of the ski ticket, so go back to the Condo for lunch & at the end of the day... tired from a great ski day... you are already home before others get to their cars!
