Overview

Our newly decorated beach house comes complete with a fireplace, TVs in both the bedroom and living room, a home theatre system, Nintendo, cable, DVD with movie library, wireless Internet access and a full kitchen.
This spacious one bedroom cottage with Cal King size bed plus a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate up to 4 guests in comfort. Comes complete with washer & dryer, even an outdoor shower to wash away the day's beach sand.
And just steps away is 21st Ave. beach, one of the most dog friendly beaches in Santa Cruz. We're centrally located at the corner of beautiful East Cliff Drive and 21st Ave., mid-way between the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and Capitola-by-the-Sea. We rent by the week only, Saturday to Saturday from June thru September. October thru May we accept nightly reservations, 2 night minimum.
