The property is located on a hillside with mountain and ocean views, in the heart of Montecito CA. Property is just a few miles to upper and lower village, about 3 miles to the beaches of Montecito, Summerland and Santa Barbara. The property has 3 bedrooms, one is currently a den with a pull out queen sofa sleeper. It also has a king bedroom, and a queen bedroom and 2 full baths, one bath has a whirlpool bathtub. The property has two 42inch plasma one in the family room above the gas fireplace and one in the den/3rd bedroom. It also has two 37inch LCDHD TVs in the other two bedrooms. Property is private guest wing, separate entrance with a nice lushly landscaped back yard with a stone bench. Many birds including hummingbirds and rabbits. Property has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. All linens are provided. It has a dining table plus a granite eat-in breakfast bar. WIFI wireless and free long distance us phone calls.
