Overview

Beautiful, newly constructed house with gorgeous bay and ocean views from the large, private, rooftop deck. The deck comes complete with propane grill, sun-chairs, and patio furniture. Unit is available for rent until September, 2006. Features include balconies off the master and second bedrooms, a luxurious, large cook's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, stone entry with maple stairs and hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, garaged parking for two cars, cable tv, and high speed internet. The unit has plenty of space, 1609 square feet (not including the rooftop deck and balconies). Unit will sleep 8-10 people. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath brand new unit.

It is steps to the Pacific, no crossing the street to get to the beach!
