Overview

Built in the seventies as a 'tennis condominium' gated complex, Ramon Estados offers a quiet and tranquil setting from which to explore the valley and enjoy it's many sporting facilities and tourist attractions.

Situated within walking distance of 'downtown Palm Springs' the oldest and most 'village' like part of the Coachella Valley, it is here that you will find an extensive range of restaurants, bars and shops. It also has theatres, museums and night clubs. On Thursday nights the main road is closed to traffic and a wonderful street market is held with live music, craft and food stalls.

The condominium is ideally placed being only a few miles from Palm Springs Airport and close to the main streets of North and South Palm Canyon drive. A large supermarket (Ralphs) is less than half a block away and can be walked to in less than ten minutes.
The complex has four tennis courts, two hot tubs and two swimming pools all set amongst beautifully kept gardens with spectacular mountain views.
