Three spacious bedrooms, one king bed, two queen beds, each with dressers and large mirrored closets with organizers; two full bathrooms w/Travertine Marble (master bath) and Quartzite stone (2nd bath), tasteful and cool 18"x18" tiled floors throughout; multiple ceiling fans; central kitchen w/island, complete with wine rack, granite countertops and backsplash, modern cabinets, gas stove and oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer w/icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all culinary essentials for wonderful home cooked meals; major, gourmet and ethnic markets just a few short minutes away and Costco 10-15 minutes close.
Living and dining rooms look out to the spacious pool area, through double sliding glass doors; each bedroom has sliders, master and guest bedroom to the pool, 3rd bedroom to front patio; open great room has Quartzine stone and gas fireplace, original artwork, card/game table, leather sofa and love seat, with sofa sleeper for comfortable 8 - 10 person stay.
