Beautiful 5-bedroom, split plan home, built in 1999 , located in a quiet Palm Desert residential community, is
2600 sq ft, open floor plan on a .19 acre corner lot with a private front courtyard, mountain views and two-car attached garage. The spacious great room features a dining area for 8-10 persons, a leather sofa and chairs, bar with marble countertop, bar stools, gaming table and foosball table; charming living room has fireplace, plush
sectional sofa, dining/gaming table for 4, and; entertainment center with a Sony 30” wide screen HD TV, DVD player; protective child safety fence around lanai to prevent small children and pets from access to pool area;
All gas kitchen with breakfast bar to seat four, has built-ins, side-by-side refrigerator w/water & icemaker,
solid maple cabinets, convenient pantry, and all amenities, complete w/china, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, crock pot, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, popcorn popper, griddle The master suite has a king bed, 27” Sony TV, DVD player, basic cable, chaise lounge, full private bath with spa tub and powder room, private sliding door to pool and spa; Guestroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan w/remote and reading lamps. Three additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, one with TV and hi-speed Internet access, upright piano. All the
bedrooms have ceiling fans and alarm clock/radios. 2nd full bath and convenient half bath.
The backyard, w/Northwestern exposure, features a new sparkling salt water system, “Pebble Tec” pool (10 X 30) with a tanning shelf and (7X7) waterfall spa. Entertain or relax in style on a very private covered verandah w/mist system, natural gas BBQ, comfortable lounge furniture, patio table for 6 and professionally landscaped;
Guest bedrooms have light carpeting; beautiful 18" porcelain tile in master suite and living areas,
contemporary furnishings in soft earthtones; 2 separate central A/C zones, utility room with full sink, washer and dryer, The home is equipped with 4 telephones, unlimited US & Canada long distance, answering machine, wireless hi-speed Internet access, linens, towels, vacuum, iron, ironing board, etc.
