Small condo community on the shores of Lake Tahoe and surrounded by the Sierra Nevada mountains. Comfortable studio condo on second floor. Large main room with sleeping area, dining area, and sitting area. Fully equipped kitchen. Partial lakeview from large windows in main room. Separate dressing and bathroom area. Cable TV, VCR, and local phone calls free.
Private beach with pier and grassy grounds. Outdoor pool open during summer. Outdoor spa is year-round. If you rent a boat, you can load and unload off our private pier. Kids love to fish for crawdads on the breakwater.
Close to major ski resorts, horseback riding, boat rentals and boat launch facilities, casinos, shopping, great restaurants, scenic vistas, spectacular hiking on the Tahoe Rim Trail, antiques, swimming, para-sailing, world-class golf courses, and all the other amenities of a wonderful vacation destination.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
