This semi beach house/condo is only Five houses from the beach and centrally located to bars, restaurants, and shops. Clean, simple, privately gated, 1950's style building with hardwood floors.Enjoy the BBQ and Tiki Bar in our sweet Patio area . Adults preferred. Once you arrive a car is not really necessary!!

Across the street is the world famous Comedy and Magic Club where Jay Leno performs every Sunday. A block away is Pier Ave where all the Singles and couples mingle all day and night.
