Location & area

Built in 1974, these quiet condominiums are in a park-like setting. Our one-story, downstairs unit is below the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and community room - far enough away to escape any noise. We see peeks of the ocean and have great sunsets from our living room, balcony, and master bedroom; and when the waves are big, we can hear them crashing at nearby Carlsbad State Beach & Campground!

Walk or drive to a local farmer's market, the famous Flower Fields (renunculus) and the Carlsbad Company Stores for a variety of restaurants and of course, shopping. Freeway close to everything!
