Fish, swim, hike, bike, boating and golfing abound in summer and skiing in winter. A deck surrounds this fully furnished and ready to use home. Bring your own clothes, linens, toiletries and relax in the quiet. Dishwasher, disposal, 3 TV's, 3 VCR's, 3 DVD's, ceiling fans and forced air heating.

Pets welcome. Maximum 7 people, 2 night minimum and 3 night minimum for holidays.
The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator. The window views are of Lakemont Pines lake across the street.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and VCR/DVD. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest
The second bedroom has a loft bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, ceiling fan, television, VCR and DVD. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest.
The bathroom is a tub with a shower. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest if you�re really tall.
The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, games, ceiling fan, boombox, books, video library, stereo and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. The window views are of Lakemont Pines lake across the street.
Lakemont Pines lake is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.
