Overview
The GARDENER'S COTTAGE sits on a hill in Eureka Springs Arkansas, all alone,at a private, wooded,Historic District location with plenty of off street parking. The bedroom area is the original 1880's "one room" house. Most guests park and enjoy the quiet 3 block walk to the shops and cafes. The trolley is one block away.
The cottage's deep blue and white bath is very relaxing with a romantic Jacuzzi for two and a separate shower stall for your convenience. The large pine floored living space features a cathedral ceiling with beams, skylights and a gas log fireplace. A sitting area with a comfortable love seat (with lots of pillows) along with two rockers allows you to nest in and enjoy Cable TV/VCR. At check in time ask about our free film library. A full kitchen decorated in an eclectic collection of antiques and folk art includes a microwave + coffeemaker along with complimentary iced + herbal teas, coffee and hot cocoa.
The cottage's spacious treetop porch with its hammock and swing offers you quiet quality time to spend lazy hours to create special memories. Listen to the medley of song birds and enjoy the morning's first cup of coffee together while watching the deer path. You'll feel like you're all alone in the country yet you're only moments away from the galleries, Dinner Train, Passion Play, local shops and fabulous restaurants that Eureka is known for.
Our guests love the privacy and solitude of the The Gardener's Cottage.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
