Then our Townhome may be just what you're looking for! We are perfectly happy catering to short term or those wishing to enjoy the Valley of the Sun for a more extended stay.

Across the street you can enter the Reach 11 Recreation area. And only 5 minutes away, you are in the shopping Mecca of Desert Ridge. The new upscale City North and One Scottsdale are future high end shopping areas in the category of Rodeo Drive. They are now both under construction.

Only 10 minutes away you will find Kierland, a fabulous and unique relaxing pedestrian friendly shopping/dining/resort experience not to be missed. Annual events like the Barrett Jackson's Car Auction, FBR Golf Open, art shows, and Arabian Horse shows are also only 10 minutes away.
