Then our Townhome may be just what you’re looking for! We are perfectly happy catering to short term or those wishing to enjoy the Valley of the Sun for a more extended stay.

Across the street you can enter the Reach 11 Recreation area. And only 5 minutes away, you are in the shopping Mecca of Desert Ridge. The new upscale City North and One Scottsdale are future high end shopping areas in the category of Rodeo Drive. They are now both under construction.

Only 10 minutes away you will find Kierland, a fabulous and unique relaxing pedestrian friendly shopping/dining/resort experience not to be missed. Annual events like the Barrett Jackson’s Car Auction, FBR Golf Open, art shows, and Arabian Horse shows are also only 10 minutes away.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.

  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
