Preciosa on the Bay is the newest and most luxurious condominiums with a prestigious location across from Club Intrawest. This exclusive complex has only 10 units, walk to the beach or swim in our infinity pool while watching the waves come in or catch some rays on the sundeck.

Our unit has 2100sq/ft with breathtaking views from every room. The large Terrace is fully furnished for lounging and our Wet-Bar is complete with built in grill.
The Master Suite has a King Bed, Private Bath, Walk-in Closet, Safe, Tv/Dvd.

The Guest Bedroom has two full-size beds, gorgeous closets and adjoining Bath.

Just off the Terrace is a private studio with Bunk-Beds and 180 degree views.
In the Living room, Relax and enjoy the ocean views, prepare meals in our deluxe kitchen while watching the fishing boats and the cruise ships come in and watch the Sunset from the Dining Room.
