Located in lower Conchas Chinas this vacation house is reminiscent of a grand era gone by. In total the Villa offers 7 bedrooms, 8 ½ baths, two living rooms, 3 King size beds, 6 Double beds and over 20,000 square feet of living space.
The Villas 4 floors cascade down the hillside from the main road above to the beach below.
You enter this large Villa on the second floor which is comprised of 2 bedrooms each with a commanding view of the Banderas Bay and its own bath. The first bedroom offers a king size bed, the second a double with a baby crib. Downstairs you will find another floor with 2 bedrooms, both with private balconies – One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the second a king size bed and a double. On the next floor you will find one additional bedroom, a full bath, and a large Living Room with Large Screen Television, Stereo, DVD Player and Satellite TV. There is a large balcony off of this room for outdoor fun!
The next level of the house includes a sparkling pool with an amazing rock wall waterfall and ample outdoor room for relaxation. Off of the pool area there is a ping pong table for some family tournaments. The poolside Dining Room and Kitchen and Bathroom complete this main living area of the Villa. Then for larger families, groups or gatherings the expanse of this Villa continues…. As you descend the beautiful spiral staircase you will find yourself in a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with an expansive outdoor balcony.
From this apartment, you have direct access to the Jacuzzi, a charming fenced sandpit for your children to play, and the Private beach below. The location of this Villa is superb – beachfront and only 5 minutes from Zona Romantica and all that downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Ideally suited for large groups, this Villa with 8 beds can comfortably sleep 16 and for an additional price can accommodate up to another 14 people with strategically placed sleeping assignments.
