Overview

The villa has been built to offer all the best in resort design with sweeping vistas, arches and columns, carved wooden doors, and fabulous stained glass windows by an international artist.
The large foyer opens onto an elegant living/entertaining/dining area that extends onto two terraces. Floor to ceiling windows providing stunning views from all areas of the villa. A dramatic staircase takes you up to 3 bedrooms and a media room on the upper level. The villa has 6 bedrooms total on 3 different levels providing lots privacy for guests.

The pool area is on the lower level and has a large seating area with couches, lounges and a table. The pool features a beautiful handpainted orchid and overlooks the Bay of Banderas.
The villa has been built to offer all the best in resort design with high ceilings, arches and columns, carved wooden doors, and fabulous stained glass windows by an international artist.
There are three televisions including a 46" flat screen in the media room. An added bonus is a Precor treadmill to keep in shape while on holiday.
Access to Conchas Chinas beach, bus stop and taxi just few blocks down the hill.
