Overview

This spacious 1000 sq. ft. 2 BR, 2 BA vacation home is located at the brand new Villas Talia complex. A ground floor end unit with a garden view insures privacy and relaxation.
Both bedrooms are fitted with Simmons pillow top mattresses and 300 thread count sheets for ultimate comfort. The master bedroom has satellite TV and a DVD player. The two bathrooms contain open air showers with marble walls and vanities. Native mahogany closets, doors and cabinetry of the highest craftsmanship round out the contemporary style of decor.

A fully stocked kitchen and dining area for 8 will enable your party to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal or have a light breakfast out on the patio and listen to the early morning birdsong. The open style floor plan leads into the living area equipped with satellite flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player. The large screen sliding doors open up to the patio. From the patio, you can view and walk to the pool as it is the only condominium with an access gate to the grounds.


A ten minute walk through the tropical landscaped footwalk will put you on the gorgeous beach that has a coral reef abundant with marine life including sea turtles. The quaint village is adjacent to the beach and boasts a dozen restaurants, 2 small grocery stores, boutique shopping, and Dolphin discovery. Puerto Aventuras also has a large marina with boating and fishing excursions available.

Economically priced, yet close to it all Casa Kati is an excellent choice for those with a budget in mind.
