Located within the exclusive gated community of Playacar, the villa is accross the road from the golf course and just five minutes walk to the beach. It is also a similar walk to the famous 5th Avenue shops and restaurants.Full maid service, professional management agents and all facilities that you would expect in a luxury villa.Minimum rental period is 3 days, or at Christmas one week. Low season rates are US$1,200/wk (1 May - 15 December). High season rates are US$1,600/wk (15 December - May 1) Christmas rates are higher.
