Luxury and spacious villa is tastefully furnished with modern Mexican and Italian furnishings throughout. Step straight from your patio and into the large, shared, swimming pool. Located within the exclusive gated community of Playacar, the villa is accross the road from the golf course and just five minutes walk to the beach. It is also a similar walk to the famous 5th Avenue shops and restaurants.Full maid service, professional management agents and all facilities that you would expect in a luxury villa.Minimum rental period is 3 days, or at Christmas one week. Low season rates are US$1,200/wk (1 May - 15 December). High season rates are US$1,600/wk (15 December - May 1) Christmas rates are higher.
