Overview

Our new condo is located in Playacar phase two in Playa del Carmen Mexico. It is centrally located in the Mayan Riviera, so you can visit and enjoy many popular attractions in the region.
that can accomodate from four to six people and furnished with Italian style. All of our condos have airconditioning and are made up of a large living room with two sofas, Plasma Tv & dvd player, completly equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, and blender) with breakfast nook as well as a kitchen table, a large master bedroom with ensuite and balcony. 1 double bedroom with a bathroom, and closet (we have installed a safe in the closet to keep your money and documents in a safe place) 1 laundry room. Our guests have two bicycles at their disposal as well as use of the private pool where there is a "palapa" for outdoor dinning, entrance to the reserved beach of "Resort Reef Club" with free use of parisol and chaise longue as well as access to some of the services at the Golf Club (pool, discounts on courses and rentals).The condos are located in the most prestigious part of Playacar phase II which is about 4/5 minutes by bicycle from the most beautiful beaches of the Resort and from the town center, and only a few steps from the golf club and the most interessing tourist spots like X-Caret, X-el-ha, and is one block from a taxi terminal (with only 3 $ you can get all over the city), a short distance from the major supermarkets and mall. more info at our webpage on caribbeanvacation.it/1
