Now with wireless internet !!!Beautiful 2 bedroom second level brand new apartment in Playa del Carmen!! Pelicanos 212 is well appointed and furnished with taste, ideal for 4 peoplein a cosy location , near the city's sport center and approximately a five minute walk to the 5th avenue and the beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a lovely, comfortable king-size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has a private bathroom and walk-in closets. You will find a safe inside the closet to keep your personal belongings. There is also another half bath available for your extra guest and a pull-out sofa/bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will ever need during your stay (plates, saucers, etc...). It has a full stove and granite countertops where you can enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen bar. The laundry area beside the kitchen comes equipped with a brand new washer and dryer combo. The huge 42 inches plasma screen television in the living area will keep you entertained at night if you wish to spend some time in the apartment. There are two large balconies, one off the master bedroom , and one off the guest bedroom extending to in front of the living area and overlooking the inner courtyard and turquoise swimming pool, which will keep you refreshed on a hot day in sunny Playa del Carmen. Linens and towels are provided during your stay so you will not have to worry about them, just sit back and relax, you are on holiday !! We will take good care of you and you will love your stay at Pelicanos 212 !!! The building is also very close to the local supermarket (the commercial Mexicana, Walmart) and close to the local attractions in town. Rent it today and take advantage of our nice summer special!!
