Beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor brand new apartment in Playa del Carmen!! Pelicanos 111 is well appointed and furnished with taste, ideal for 4 people , in a cosy location , near the city's sport center and approximately a five minute walk to the 5th avenue and the beach. Being on the ground floor it is perfect and suitable for the physically impaired, and has beautiful view of the pool from the dining area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a lovely, comfortable king-size bed, decorated by a professional interior designer in a warm milky yellow/orange light color, a walk-in closet and ensuite private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has a private bathroom. There is also another half bath by the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will ever need during your stay (plates, saucers, etc...). It has a full stove and granite countertops where you can enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen bar. The laundry area beside the kitchen comes equipped with a brand new washer and a dryer for your personal laundry. The living area is equipped with an enormous 42 inches plasma screen television for your entertainment. Enjoy a nice glass of wine in the living area, or on the patio at night !! Linens and towels are provided during your stay so you will not have to worry about them, just sit back and relax, you are on holiday !! We will take good care of you and you will love your stay at Pelicanos 111 !!! The building is also very close to the local supermarket (the commercial Mexicana, Walmart) and close to the local attractions in town. Rent it today and take advantage of our nice summer special!!
