Overview

Condo Azul is located in the prestigious Xaman Ha complex, one of only two condo complexes in Playa del Carmen that offer oceanfront accommodations with a pool. Within Xaman-Ha, the second floor two-bedroom Condo Azul is one of the most beautiful units in the complex, for a couple of reasons. One is its double deck - most of the units have single decks, which are half the size. Another reason is that we completely remodeled the unit in late
2004 and have all new furniture, linens, etc., plus a new kitchen with granite countertops, hand-crafting mahogany cabinetry and new appliances. All of the units at Xaman Ha are individually owned,
maintained and managed - some are gorgeous and some are pretty tired-looking inside. With the remodel of our unit, Condo Azul is
truly lovely.

A third reason is the master bedroom - it has an amazing view from its balcony. Many of the master bedrooms at Xaman-Ha are at the rear of the unit and thus have no views. The final reason is the location
within the complex. My condo faces the beach and Cozumel across the ocean head-on, with no buildings, etc. obstructing the view. While all of the units at Xaman-Ha have beautiful beach views, some are from
an oblique angle that isn't quite as breathtaking.

There's nothing quite so wonderful than sitting out on the balcony in the morning with cup of coffee, listening to the waves crash on the beach, watching the birds diving into the ocean in search of fish and seeing the ferries going back and forth to Cozumel.

The condo has a very large master bedroom with bathroom en suite and king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins which couples typically push together to make into a king, and the 2nd bathroom is outside the door in the hall.
